Scapegoat Carnivale Theatre presents The Bacchae: Centaur Theatre’s Brave New Looks selection for 2012. Written by Euripides; new translation by Andreas Apergis and Joseph Shragge. Scapegoat Carnivale Theatre (founded in 2006) is an independent Montreal-based theatre company dedicated to producing new works based on provocative dramaturgical concepts and approaches that aim to steer theatre in unexpected directions. Scapegoat Carnivale Theatre is the resident company at the Segal Centre for the Arts for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons. This show is set to run from October 12th – 20th.
