Events | Adam Levin’s Hot Pink

Friday, April 6, 2012. 7:00 pm

Join Adam Levin for a reading from his brand new short story collection, HOT PINK. His debut novel, INSTRUCTIONS, told the epic tale of the Maccabees family, and was one of the most buzzed-about books of 2010.

Now, in the stories of HOT PINK, Levin delivers ten smaller worlds, shaken snow-globes of overweight romantics, legless prodigies, quixotic dollmakers, Chicagoland thugs, dirty old men, protective fathers, balloon-laden dumptrucks, and walls that ooze gels. HOT PINK is told with lust and affection, karate and tenderness, slapstickery, ferocity, and heart.

This event will be hosted by Melissa Bull.
