Shortwave | Shake Yer Tuches Soviet Style

Ukranian-born Berliner Yuriy Gurzhy of the ska-punk-klezmer-reggae band Rotfront is, along with writer Wladimer Kaminer, the co-creator of the wildly popular Russendisko dance nights here in Berlin. Get ready for a little Soviet-Yiddish-German fun as Yuriy treats us to an hour of party tunes straight from his eclectic collection.

Hope you enjoy! Tune in this winter to hear our special radio and magazine editions of Shtetl Berlin.
Chus and xox from Berlin,
