Audi Gozlan is the founder of Kabalah Yoga, a unique style of Hatha flow yoga that fuses the ancient mysticism of Kabalah with the practice of yoga. He teaches a flow practice where you shape your body into Hebrew letters to spell positive messages for the body and mind to internalize. In 2007, Audi was certified in Hatha yoga and in the last few years has connected with well-known yoga teacher Shiva Rea, completing his training in Prana Flow. Audi is a member of the Yoga Alliance and is RYT 500 and teaches at various studios in Montreal when he is not traveling and offering workshops.
